When registering a key in the Orbital2 program macro function, you can use "Orbital2 Logger" to register the key in order using creative software.
* Log files acquired in "Orbital2 Logger" cannot be reflected in the Orbital2 STERNA program macro function.
* Do not pass the log file obtained in "Orbital2 Logger" to other people for security reasons. If you want to give the logs obtained in "Orbital2 Logger" to others, be sure to reflect them in the profile before handing the profile.
* It will work with the latest version of Orbital2 Core Ver.1.7.0 or later, and with the latest recommended & operation check OS.
* The corresponding language is only in Japanese or English.

Shortcut key to open the setting screen of Orbital2 Core. Since it turned out that "Windows: Shift + Ctrl + O / Mac: shift + alt (option) + O" is used as a shortcut key for some software, an option setting for disabling the shortcut key was added.
* You can turn on / off the shortcut key setting for opening the setting screen by clicking "Settings" > "Open setting screen" > "Shortcut enabled setting" in the Orbital2 Core menu.

- Improved function for overwriting the profile.
＊There was a problem that the profile name was overwritten when a file with a profile name which already existed in Orbital2 Core was selected by clicking "Open" on the top of the setting screen.Therefore, it has been modified to automatically add the date to the profile name.
- Improved the function for closing Orbital2 Core by using shortcut keys. ＊Modified the specification of the quit command function of Orbital2 Core released in Orbital2 Core Ver.1.5.7, because it interfered with the quitting of other applications. It is now possible to quit Orbital2 Core with a specific shortcut key only when the configuration screen is open.The shortcut key has been changed to "Ctrl+Q" for Windows, and "command+Q"for Mac.

Fixed a bug that overwrites an unintended profile.
We have confirmed a bug in which an unintended profile is overwritten when a profile is switched during profile editing.
In order to fix the problem, we have madechanges to the screen and operation.Please be aware of the following changes as they will partially change your experience.
In order to prevent unintentional overwriting of profiles, it is now not possible to switch profiles while the profile setting screen is open.
When you are going to use Orbital2 by switching to another profile, please close the profile setting screen before you use Orbital2.
In addition, the following is the flow of use.
【The flow from editing a profile to switching profiles is as follows】
① By opening the profile setting screen, you will enter the profile editing mode.
② After setting the profile, click the Save button on the top of the profile setting screen to save the profile.
③ After saving the profile, press the " Close " button at the bottom right.
＊The " Close" button is the same function as the "Close" button in the upper menu of the profile setting screen for closing the profile setting screen.
④ You can switch the profile from "Switch profile" and "Switch to set profile" in the task tray and other functions. ＊The "Minimize" button in the upper menu of the profile setting screen has been removed.
＊When the profile setting screen is open,the profile cannot be switched from the task tray.
＊While the profile setting screen is open, "Switch profile" and "Switch to set profile"assigned by other functions will not work.
＊When the profile setting screen is opened, the profile displayed in the task tray shows the name of the profile being edited.
＊The profile preferences that were in the lower right corner until "Orbital2 Core Ver.1.5.1" have been moved to the upper left corner.
＊If you do not close the profile settings screen, "Open Settings Screen" in the task tray will not be displayed.
＊When you close the profile setting screen, the profile menu will be selectable.

We would like to inform you about the compatibility of Orbital2 applications with macOS 11.0 Big Sur (hereafter referred to as "Big Sur").
As a result of the following issues that we have identified, it will be difficult to complete the support of Orbital2 applications right after the release of Big Sur.

【Notice on macOS Catalina】
On the macOS Catalina (10.15), Orbital2 does not work properly. We are currently investigating and responding to the defects.The completion date is not yet determined and we have been working towards this goal.
In our previous announcement, we had targeted the end of May for the completion of the revision, however, the revision has provento be difficult and the completion date has been changed to the end of June.The reason is now we have to fix other issue such as profile loading under the macOSCatalina (10.15), although we have fixed most of problems originally recognized by the end of May.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
Please note that the situation may take longer, and we recommend that you do not upgrade until the action is officially completed.
【Notice on macOS】
The delay when using macOS has been partially mitigated, however, we have investigated again and have now confirmed the following input delays.
After executing "modifier key only" and "modifier key + modifier key", processing stops for a moment when the mouse is dragged.
(Location of the problem: Flat ring switch/joystick depression/joystick tilt).
We are investigating and responding to this issue.We are doing our best to keep this process ontrack.
