You can open the “Preferences” and change flick menu & radial menu sensitivity settings.

There are 2 modes for the Orbital2:
Orbital mode: a mode in which the functions are done by tilting and turning.
Joystick mode: a mode in which function are done by just tilting, and the dial is independent.

The only reason why the driver won’t work is that you have attempted to install a version of the driver that is not compatible with you PC’s operating system.
Alternatively, in the case of some Mac PCs, the security settings for the driver may not be “trusted”.

In the Orbital2 settings, you can put a delay before the assigned shortcut key functions. When you want to have the next key pressed after performing a specific function, like say a macro function, setting the delay arbitrarily makes it possible to execute normally.

Also, there are occasions when the macro function is too fast due to how quickly the software being used processes. You can use the delay function to take advantage of more creative software.

Simply by closing the application or safely unplugging the USB connection, you can turn off the Orbital2.

Each individual application that the Orbital2 is enabled to work on is associated with different default colours that the glow ring will emit. You can change a fully customize the colours for each application to personalize your Orbital2.

You can not push several keys at the same time. we recommend assigning shortcut keys to simultaneously push multiple buttons.

Currently 3D camera operations do not work with the Orbital2. We are now considering developing it to that function.

The Orbital2 is a sensitive equipment. Please handle with care and avoid strong impacts.

The Orbital2 paint is highly abrasion resistant. In the chance of dirt being build up, wipe it with a lightly moistened cloth or something similar.

The Orbital2 cannot use on a PC that can not intercommunication via the USB port due to security.

The Profiles cannot be used with different versions of the Orbital2 for Windows.

If you put a converter between Orbital2 and PC's USB port, it may not be usable depending on the power supply amount.
If you can not use it, we recommend connecting the Orbital2 directly to the USB port of PC.

To redisplay the window, right-click the task tray icon and carry out 「Profile Editor-Display」.

In this case, open the “Task Manager” and forcibly close the running application process. Then restart the application.
