In this case, open the “Task Manager” and forcibly close the running application process. Then restart the application.
Mac: Option + Command + Esc
Please try restarting the Orbital2 application. Also, close all applications on your PC you are not using immediately

Also, check that the driver you downloaded is compatible with the OS you are running. Also confirm you are currently running an application profile from the application
Adjust the colour shading you picked. Depending on the specifications of the LED, it may blink rapidly if the colour combination picked cannot be created.
