About "Orbital2 Logger"
When registering keys to Orbital2's program macro function, the "Orbital2 Logger" can be used to register keys in sequence while using creative software.
※ Log files obtained by "Orbital2 Logger" cannot be reflected in the program macro function of Orbital2 STERNA.
※ For security reasons, please do not pass the log files obtained by "Orbital2 Logger" to other parties. If you wish to pass on the logged contents of "Orbital2 Logger" to others, please reflect them in your profile before passing on your profile to others.
※ Orbital2 Logger works with the latest version of Orbital2 Core Ver. 1.7.0 or later, and with the latest recommended and confirmed operating systems.
Download the latest version of Orbital2 Logger on the download page.
After the download is complete, install "Orbital2 Logger" according to the system.
After installation is complete, double-click "Orbital2 Logger" from the Applications folder to launch it.
After launching, go to System Preferences > Security & Privacy > General > Allow downloaded applications to run and click "Open Anyway".
Then, go to Security & Privacy > Privacy > Accessibility, check the "Orbital2 Logger" checkbox.
When starting up the logger for the first time, close "Orbital2 Logger" and restart it.
・About the application icon
After clicking the "Orbital2 Logger" icon in the menu bar, you can open or close the settings window by clicking the Settings window. You can also exit the application by clicking the Exit button.
・About "Keyboard Settings"
From the "Settings" menu in the "Orbital2 Logger" menu bar, set the keyboard layout to either US or JIS based on the keyboard layout you are using.
・About "Start" and "End" of Recording
Press the "Start Recording" button to start recording keyboard keys. Press the "End Recording" button to end keyboard key recording.
※ Mouse operation logging is not available. Only keyboard key logging is available.
・About "Save destination"
You can specify where to save the key logged file. Click on the file icon under "Save destination" in the settings and specify the destination. The default is to save the file to a document.
・About "Save name"
保If you want to change the save name, click on the black blank box under "Save name" in the settings, and then enter the save name you want to change.
※ The default file name is "default".
・About "Recode shortcut key"
If you want to use shortcut keys to start and end recording, click on the black blank box under "Recordi shortcut key" and then click on the key you want to assign from F1 to F12. Be careful not to use the same shortcut keys as other applications.
※ Only keys F1~F12 can be assigned.
・About "Keylog screen display"
To display the key log screen, click "ON" for "Display key log screen" in the settings, or click "OFF" if you do not want the key log screen to be displayed. Note that some keys may not be displayed if the key input speed is too fast, but the keys are registered in the output data.
・About "Insert delay between events"
If you want to insert a delay time between keys automatically, select ON, and set any time after clicking the black frame in the "Delay Length" section.
If you do not want to insert a delay time, select OFF.
Start "Orbital2 Logger" and click the "Start recording" button.
egister the shortcut key you wish to register, log it, and then click the "Stop recording" button.
Start "Orbital2 Core", open the area you wish to assign (Orbital Engine Settings OR Flat Ring Settings), and click the "Program Macro" tab on the Input Settings screen.
From the "Program Macro" tab, click the "Load key log file" button, load the log file registered with "Orbital2 Logger" from the destination, and click "Save".
The above settings are complete, and you can now use the program macros assigned by Orbital2.
