The Functions of the Flat Ring 【 Switches 】

1. How to operate switches

The Flat Ring has 8 buttons, which can be pushed to execute a function as a "switch".
It is recommended to register a single function to the switch function, and assign only one function to each button.

Check the checkbox for "Continuous key press" and save it to set up the keystroke input function. By holding down the "Flat Ring" switch, you can operate the set shortcut indefinitely.

Also, if you want to assign multiple functions to one button, we recommend using a "Flick Menu" or a "List Menu" instead.
You can switch to the flick menu or list menu setting by selecting "Pop-up" in the Flat Ring setting screen.

Merge layers
With Orbital2, you can execute the four hard-to-press shortcut keys "Ctrl(Command)+Shift+Alt+e" with one click. This will create a new layer that combines all the layers you have created till then. This is useful for creating a so-called save point where you can go back to the point of merging if you make a mistake in editing.
